BodyLove Is A Wonderful Love

Embracing self-love allows you to cultivate a deep sense of worthiness and acceptance, leading to increased confidence and resilience in the face of challenges.  Self Love fills you with joy.  The word enjoy literally means to have joy on the inside.

Self Love feels like inner peace.  When you "love yourself" happiness, joy peace and contentment becomes your natural states of being. The chaos and noise of the outside world begin to fade away as you anchor yourself in a place of calm and stability within.

The peace you feel radiates outwards, influencing how you interact with others and navigate through daily experiences.

Self-love acts as a powerful energy source that fuels your growth, creativity, and overall well-being. It empowers you to set healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and pursue goals aligned with your true desires.

You Are Married To Yourself

Have you ever considered the concept of self-marriage? It's not about walking down the aisle with someone else, but rather making a commitment to yourself. This idea is at the core of the Self Love Model, where you become your own partner in life.

In this unique union, your heart and mind come together to live peacefully and coherently inside your body.

Your heart represents intuition, purpose, and destiny, while your mind brings logic and analysis to the table.

By embracing this self-marriage philosophy, you can tap into a deep wellspring of internal peace and love that serves as an energy source for every aspect of your life. It's about honoring both your emotional wisdom and rational thinking, finding balance within yourself.

And it means developing self talk and emotional strategies to heal old wounds and quieting your inner critic and making it your best friend. This union allows you to become your own best friend, advocate, and partner, creating a strong foundation of self acceptance.

All of the happenings, the back and forth yes no I just don't know conversations going on in your head become constructive, supportive and even humorous

You can start to see yourself in a new light, with compassion and understanding, rather than judgment and criticism. When you are consciously in a conscious relationship with yourself your good and bad, light and dark, conformist and your rebel harmoniously unite the 3 parts of you- your mind, heart and body- to create a holistic sense of se What is self love.. in your world.

Since we each live inside of our own worlds, bordered by our bodies that make us sovereign universes it a reality that we all have our own understanding or misunderstandings of what love and self love are and are not.

Self-love is a deeply personal and individual experience, as it is shaped by our unique perspectives, experiences, and beliefs.

For some, self-love may mean taking care of their physical and emotional needs, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.

For others self love means being a human doormat to those who would hurt or harm them as suffering and boundless tolerance are equated with love.

For the purposes of having a common language and agreed upon concepts of love and self love we here at LoveLand Productions define self love by a series of actions that are founded in the 5 pillars of self love which are

1. Self-awareness

This quiz is a simple introduction to help you think over and develop a construct of self love that is more than a vague subjective series of ideas based upon romantic fantasy, self help books, and pop culture.

The 3Ps provide a moment to moment guide to your step by step daily actions that will help you assess you self loving behaviors.

Practicing self loving behaviors is a process that takes time, patience, and effort. It is important to remember that self love is not a destination, but a journey of continuous growth and learning. Be kind and patient with yourself as you work towards developing a healthier relationship with yourself

Adopting the 3P's evaluation method of self love and for evaluating the "love" you are receiving from others and having them become and making them reflexive thoughts will make it super easy for you to choose the next best thing for you to do in any situation.

Remember, self love is not selfish. It is necessary for your overall well-being and happiness. By practicing self love, you are also setting a positive example for others and creating a more loving and compassionate world.

The ultimate self love evaluation you will have in this life will be based upon the decisions you make to do the next right things and the decisions you made to help you fulfill your purpose and your hearts desires and they all have a place and a framework for evaluation inside the 3P'S model of love and self love.

You now have the tools necessary to evaluate your decisions and to guide your actions through any situation. At the end of every situation you will assess your decisions, good or bad and you will live in the consequences of your decisions.

Using the 3P's model will help you live a life of less regret and much more love!
